A Little "Skin" Music

Congratulations to Screenworks member Christopher O'Young, who composed the score for the recent ABC doco Skin.  Part of the "Anatomy" Series, Skin tells the story of the 25-year collaboration between tattooist/artist eX de Medici and her subject Geoff Ostling (left) as they negotiate the possibility of bequeathing Geoff's tattooed skin as an artwork when he dies.  Skin has also been invited to the TriBeCa Film Festival in New York.

"INSIDE" Is Out!

Screenworks Member Rohan Parnell premiered his independent locally-produced surf movie "INSIDEon the 29th of April 2009 @ 7pm at the Great Northern Hotel.

"The event went really well," Rohan says. "We had about 150 turn up. The feedback from viewers was fantastic and you could have heard a pin drop through the whole showing. I have had great interest in another screening from people who missed it but have now heard about it, particularly surf industry people."
